Okay, now it's official. I am about to leave Improve Group in August and start to search for a new dream team preferably in Europe or the US.
Why do I say "a team", not "a job"? Because I believe all great jobs are made by great people. I want to work with passionate, open-minded, result-oriented tech team dedicated to building products that mean something to the world.
⭐ I want a team where learning is a constant process required to achieve greatness.
⭐ I want a team that takes corporate culture seriously and builds its competitive advantage on it.
⭐ I want a team that clearly understands their customers and enjoys serving them.
⭐ I actually want a team that enjoys everything it does :)
As for me, I enjoy designing & delivering well-structured learning content, asking provocative questions and engaging people into experimental projects.
With 11-year background in training and 5 years in tech I can strengthen a team that shares my beliefs and values.
